Client Overview

RXS Seafood Hub operates as the retail and export arm of Banica Dried Capiz Seafood Inc., a cornerstone of the aquaculture industry in Roxas City. They specialize in the processing and distribution of premium dried seafood products, serving a dual market: individual tourists seeking authentic pasalubong and international B2B partners looking for reliable bulk suppliers.

The Challenge

The core issue was a discrepancy between their physical reputation and their digital footprint. While they held a strong position in the local market, they lacked a centralized platform to validate their credibility to international importers and wholesale resellers.

In the export sector, trust is paramount. Potential B2B partners often hesitate to engage with suppliers who lack a professional online presence. RXS needed more than just an online brochure; they needed a validation tool. The challenge was to create a site that could showcase the tactile quality of their products to a digital audience while simultaneously signaling operational maturity to corporate clients. The user journey had to seamlessly accommodate two distinct behaviors: the quick transactional needs of a retail shopper and the detailed research phase of a business investor.

The Design Strategy

Our high-level approach focused on "Visual Transparency." We wanted to strip away the chaotic aesthetic often associated with traditional wet markets and replace it with a clean, editorial look that elevates the product.

We utilized Framer Development to build a site structure that prioritizes clarity. The visual language was designed to be vibrant yet disciplined—using fresh, oceanic colors to stimulate appetite without sacrificing professional polish. We deliberately separated the narrative flow: one path for the "Heritage Story" to appeal to tourists, and a parallel path focused on "Supply Chain Reliability" for the B2B sector. This strategic Brand Identity overhaul ensures that the website serves as a bridge, proving that a traditional local business can operate with global standards.

UX & Visual Execution

To execute this strategy, we focused on high-fidelity product presentation and content scalability.

Detailed Product Architecture: Standard e-commerce grids were insufficient for this project. We designed bespoke, detailed product pages that function almost like technical datasheets. Each page emphasizes product quality, sourcing methods, and processing standards. This level of detail serves a specific User Experience (UX) goal: it acts as a proxy for physical inspection, giving remote buyers the confidence that the product is premium.

CMS-Driven Content Engine: Recognizing the need for long-term growth, we integrated a full Content Management System (CMS). This powers a dynamic blog section, allowing RXS to publish articles about aquaculture trends, preservation techniques, and local heritage. This structure is critical for SEO, driving organic traffic while positioning the brand as an industry thought leader.

Responsive Design & Conversion Paths: We implemented a Responsive Design that adapts fluidly across devices, ensuring that a tourist on a mobile phone has the same seamless experience as a procurement officer on a desktop. Distinct Call-to-Action (CTA) zones were created: clear "Add to Cart" flows for retail, and specific, easily accessible contact forms for B2B inquiries, ensuring high-intent leads are captured instantly.

The Transformation

The result is a comprehensive digital asset that positions RXS Seafood Hub as the definitive authority in Capiz aquaculture. The new website effectively mitigates the "trust risk" for new partners by presenting a polished, transparent, and professional face to the world.

By leveraging a powerful CMS and a user-centric design, Spaces Creative Studio delivered a platform that does not just sell dried fish—it sells the reliability and heritage of the business behind it. RXS Seafood Hub now has the digital infrastructure to support their expansion into new international markets, bridging the gap between local tradition and global commerce.
